Tiny toes you can’t help count

although you know there are ten.

Dimpled knees you have to

touch time & time again.

A hand curled around your finger

in a tiny baby hug,

A little smile so precious

that it give your heart a tug.

These are priceless moments

that you’ll treasure all life through,

And with each year that passes

they’ll mean even more to you.
